复方口服避孕药(COC)是全球范围内广泛服用的高效避孕方法之一,其广泛应用于女性避孕、异常子宫出血、子宫内膜异位症(EMT)等妇科良性疾病,但是其含有的雌、孕激素可能会增加服用者心血管疾病、雌激素相关肿瘤发生的风险。随着COC中雌激素含量不断降低,相关疾病发生风险有所降低,但是雌、孕激素长期服用的安全性,以及与多种肿瘤发生、发展的潜在联系迄今均尚未被阐明。笔者拟就COC与妇科恶性肿瘤关系的研究现状进行阐述。

Compound oral contraceptives (COC) are highly effective contraceptive methods used worldwidely in female contraception, abnormal uterine bleeding, endometriosis (EMT) and other gynecological benign diseases. However, the estrogen or progesterone components of COC may increase the risk of cardiovascular diseases or estrogen-related tumors in those who take it. With the continuous reduction of estrogen content of COC, the risk of related diseases has decreased. However, the safety of long-term use of estrogen and progesterone, as well as their potential connections with the occurrence and development of various tumors, have not yet been clarified. The authors intend to elaborate on the current research status of the relationship between COC and gynecological malignant tumors.
