铂耐药复发性卵巢癌(PRROC)是妇科肿瘤领域长期面临的最具挑战性的临床难题之一。对PRROC患者的治疗选择有限,而且预后极差。近年随着研究的不断深入,PRROC正经历着从"一药难求"到"多线并进"的历史性转折,其中以分子靶向药物为代表的各种血管生成抑制剂(AIs)的涌现,为PRROC患者带来了新的希望。笔者拟重点围绕近年AIs在PRROC治疗中的研究进展,阐述当前针对PRROC患者的分子靶向治疗现状和困境,旨在为PRROC患者的治疗提供临床参考。

Platinum-resistant recurrent ovarian cancer (PRROC) is one of the most challenging clinical problems in the field of gynecologic oncology, with limited treatment options and very poor patient prognosis. In recent years, with continuous research, patients with PRROC are experiencing a historic shift from " few drugs available" to " multiple lines advancing simultaneously". Among them, the emergence of various angiogenesis inhibitors (AIs), represented by molecular targeted drugs, has brought new hope for patients with PRROC. This article focuses on the current research status of AIs in the treatment of patients with PRROC in recent years, explaining the current status and challenges of molecular targeted therapy for patients with PRROC, aiming to provide clinical reference for the treatment of PRROC patients.
