Influence of Artificial Abortion on Preterm Labor in a Subsequent Pregnancy

In recent years, the majority women who have experienced artificial abortion (surgical abortion and drug abortion) have no children, they will have to face procreative problem. Studies suggest that the history of artificial abortion is not only directly related to premature delivery in a subsequent pregnancy, but also closely concerned with threatened abortion, placenta previa, premature rupture of membranes, fetal distress and other complications during the period of the next pregnancy, although it is still controversial. This paper discusses the effect of abortion on preterm labor in a subsequent pregnancy as follow.
