母乳是婴儿最好的天然食品,对婴儿的健康生长发育有非常重要的作用。母乳中含有丰富的抗体和免疫细胞,可以减少婴儿腹泻、降低特异性反应和哮喘发作等,同时可以降低母亲患糖尿病、乳腺癌、卵巢癌、子宫内膜癌等的风险。目前国内外许多专家学者都致力于提高母乳喂养率的研究,并取得长足进展。笔者综合国内外最新文献报道,对母乳喂养的影响因素、优点及有效促进母乳喂养的干预措施综述如下,旨在为进一步提高母乳喂养率的护理干预提供最新依据。

Breast milk is the best natural food for the baby, it is very important for children's healthy growth. Breast milk is rich in antibodies and immune cells, it can reduce the baby diarrhea, specificity reaction and asthma attack,etc. At the same time,it can reduce the risk for mother being attacked by diabetes,breast cancer, ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer, etc. Many academics at home and abroad have been working to improve the rate of breast feeding, and made good progress. We provide the latest analysis of comprehensive informations of the influencing factors of breast feeding, advantages and effectively intervention measures promote the breast feeding,to provide the latest basis for further improve breast feeding rate of nursing intervention for reference.
