Infection control management of laminar flow purification delivery room: research status

Laminar flow purification system is commonly used in surgical operation rooms. Laminar flow purification delivery room refers to the related requirements in the technical specification of laminar flow purification operation rooms of hospital, and implements different levels of air purification technology in different areas of the delivery rooms to achieve a certain bacteria concentration and air cleanliness levels. The laminar flow purification system is enabled in the delivery rooms to improve the hardware conditions of the delivery rooms. Standardized infection control management of the maternity wards can reduce the incidence of maternal infection and provide a safe and ideal environment for delivery, and ensure maternal and child health. The authors have consulted a large number of domestic and foreign literatures, and there is no systematic explanation of the research on infection control management of laminar flow purification delivery rooms. Based on the integration of laminar flow clean operation rooms and experience of infection control management of laminar flow purification delivery rooms, this paper summarizes the research status of infection control management of laminar flow purification rooms from the aspects of human, machine, material, method, environment and measurement. The purpose is to standardize and institutionalize infection control management in the delivery rooms, thereby effectively reducing the incidence of nosocomial infections, improving medical standards, and ensuring medical safety and medical quality.
