孕妇孕期体重增长(GWG)与妊娠结局密切相关,GWG超标或者不足都可对妊娠结局造成不良影响,甚至影响子代健康。美国医学研究所(IOM)建议根据孕妇孕前BMI确定GWG,制定个体化的方案,主要包括健康教育、饮食管理和适度运动。不同种族和体重范围内的最佳GWG建议仍需进一步探究。笔者拟就孕期体重控制的研究进展进行综述,为孕期体重控制提供新思路。

More and more studies indicated that gestational weight gain (GWG) was associated with the pregnancy outcomes for mother and infant. It played an important role in the offspring′s health. In this review, we presented the evidences for short-term and long-term consequences of excessive GWG and insufficient GWG. A moderate gestational weight gain was recommended by an individual intervention according to standard of weight gain during pregnancy recommended by the institute of medicine.Personalized lifestyle managementincludehealth education, diet management and moderate exercise.The existing guidelines for optimal GWG and highlights the need for further research to identify optimal GWG recommendations across the different ethnics and weight ranges.
