近年来,子宫内膜癌发病率呈明显增高及年轻化趋势,对子宫内膜癌年轻患者的生育功能保护,已成为临床医师治疗妇科肿瘤时难以回避的问题之一。宫内放置孕酮或左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统保守治疗子宫内膜癌年轻患者,可避免口服孕激素导致的不良反应,因而患者具有更好的依从性。笔者拟就左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统治疗要求保留生育功能的子宫内膜癌年轻患者的研究进展进行综述,旨在为要求保留生育功能的子宫内膜癌年轻患者提供一种更好的治疗方式。

Recent years, the incidence of endometrial carcinoma was in a significantly increasing and younger trend, fertility-preserving of these young women with endometrial carcinoma has become one of the unavoidable clinical disposals for gynecologic oncologists. In various conservative treatment methods for young endometrial carcinoma patients, progesterone or levonorgestrel intrauterine system brings better compliance, but without side effects as oral progestins does. In this article, we will make a review of levonorgestrel intrauterine system treatment for young endometrial carcinoma patients with fertility-sparing request, aiming at providing a better therapy for young women with endometrial carcinoma who want to preserve fertility.
