目的

探讨血清瘦素(Leptin)和胰岛素生长因子Ⅱ(IGFⅡ)在子宫内膜癌中的表达及其表达的差异在子宫内膜癌的发生发展中的意义。

方法

根据FIGO(2009年)病理分期分为5组,分别为:对照组(n=40)、Ⅰ期组(n=15)、Ⅱ期组(n=10)、Ⅲ期组(n=8)和Ⅳ期组(n=7),采用酶联免疫吸附测定法(enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)检测血清Leptin和IGFⅡ的表达(本研究遵循的程序符合本院人体试验委员会制定的伦理学标准,得到该委员会的批准,征得受试对象的知情同意,并与之签署临床研究知情同意书)。

结果

与对照组相比较,Ⅰ期组、Ⅱ期组、Ⅲ期组、Ⅳ期组血清Leptin和IGFⅡ的水平明显上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。

结论

Leptin和IGFⅡ的表达随着子宫内膜癌分期的升高而明显上升。Leptin和IGFⅡ的表达显著上调可能是促进子宫内膜癌发生发展的机制之一;Leptin和IGFⅡ及其参与的各种反应与子宫内膜癌的发生发展有一定的相关性。

Objective

To explore the expression of Leptin and insulin-like growth factor Ⅱ (IGFⅡ)in peripheral blood in endometrial cancer patients and the significance of its expression differences in the development of endometrial cancer.

Methods

According to FIGO(2009), the study object were respectively divided into five groups: control group(n=40), stageⅠgroup(n=15), stage Ⅱgroup(n=10), stage Ⅲgroup(n=8)and stage Ⅳ group(n=7). The expression of Leptin and IGFⅡ in peripheral blood of the study object were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). The study protocol was approved by the Ethical Review Board of Investigation in Human Beings of The Affiliated Huai'an Hospital of Xuzhou Medical College. Informed consent was obtained from each participating patient.

Results

The level of Leptin and IGFⅡ in endometrial cancer patients were increased significantly in stageⅠgroup, stageⅡgroup, stage Ⅲgroup and stage Ⅳgroup compared with control group. The data has significant difference(P<0.05).

Conclusions

The study shows the expression of Leptin and IGFⅡ increased with the rising of endometrial cancer staging. The expression of Leptin and IGFⅡ significantly increase may be one of mechanisms to promote the development of endometrial cancer. Leptin and IGFⅡand their participation in a variety of reaction have certain relevance with the development of endometrial cancer.
