人类白细胞抗原G(HLA-G)作为非经典HLA-Ⅰ类分子,以膜结合型和胞质可溶型2类形式存在。HLA-G由于其独特结构和生物学功能,在母胎界面的免疫耐受中发挥重要作用,既能调节正常的妊娠,还与部分病理性妊娠密切相关。笔者拟就HLA-G在复发性自然流产中的研究进展,综述如下。

As non-classical molecular of human leukocyte antigen Ⅰ, human leukocyte antigen G (HLA-G) exist by two isoforms which are membrane-bounded isoform and cytoplasmic soluble isoform. Due to its unique conformation and biologic function, HLA-G plays important role in the maternal-fetus immunologic tolerance, it can regulate the normal process of pregnancy, and also closely associated with some pathological pregnancy. This paper discusses the progress research of HLA-G in recurrent miscarriage.
