目的

探讨兰州市育龄妇女孕前微量元素、常量元素及有害元素水平,为指导妇女孕前合理补充各元素及合理饮食提供临床依据。

方法

选择2010年1月至2011年10月在本院门诊进行孕前检查的1070例育龄妇女为研究对象。采用原子吸收光谱仪对其进行全血铜、铁、锌微量元素和钙、钠、钾、镁常量元素及有常元素铅的含量检测(本研究遵循的程序符合本院人体试验委员会制定的伦理学标准,并征得受试者本人的知情同意)。

结果

1070例妇女孕前钙、铜、锌、铁元素均存在不同程度缺乏,其中钙缺乏发生率最高,占52.90%(566/1070),其余铜、锌、铁、钠缺乏依次为22. 90%(245/1070),12.15%(130/1070),7.66%(82/1070),0.37%(4/1070),钾、镁缺乏不明显,铅超标达7.48%(80/1070)。

结论

孕前妇女存在一定比例钙、铜、锌、铁缺乏及铅含量超标。妇女孕前需常规检测和补充微量及常量元素,以避免孕期不良妊娠结局的发生。

Objective

To investigate the levels of trace elements in 1070 pre-conception women of Lanzhou city.

Methods

From January 2010 to October 2011, a total of 1070 cases of pre-conception women were included into this study. The content of Ca, Cu, Fe, Zn, Na, K, Mg, Pb in the blood of 1070 pre-conception women was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS). The study protocol was approved by the Ethical Review Board of Investigation in Human Being of Gansu Provincial Maternity and Child-care Hospital. Informed consent was obtained from each participate.

Results

Among 1070 cases of pre-conception women, the positive rate of Ca deficiency was the highest (52.90%, 566/1070), deficiency rate of Cu accounted for 22.90% (245/1070), deficiency rate of Zn accounted for 12.15% (130/1070), deficiency of Fe accounted for 7.66%(82/1070), deficiency of Na only accounted for 0.37% (4/1070), excessive Pb accounted for 7.48%(80/1070), and no deficiency of K and Mg.

Conclusions

There are the proportion deficiency of Ca, Fe, Zn, Cu and excessive Pb in pre-conception women. It is necessary to timely monitor and add trace elements pre-conception, which will avoid the incident of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
