胎儿镜手术是临床开展最为广泛的胎儿手术,其麻醉涉及母体和胎儿。因此,胎儿镜手术麻醉不同于一般的产科手术麻醉和儿科手术麻醉。妊娠期孕妇生理和解剖结构的改变、胎儿器官功能发育不成熟等问题,给胎儿镜手术麻醉带来极大挑战。笔者拟就胎儿镜手术的母体及胎儿麻醉相关研究进展进行综述,旨在为胎儿镜手术麻醉提供参考。

Fetoscopy is an endoscopic procedure during pregnancy to allow access to the fetus, the amniotic cavity, the umbilical cord, and the fetal side of the placenta. Fetoscopy has evolved into a mainstream intervention of fetal therapy. Anesthesia for fetoscopy is related to both maternal and fetal, so it differs from the general obstetric anesthesia and pediatric anesthesia. The physiologic and anatomic changes of pregnancy, immature organ function of fetal etc. bring great challenges to anesthesia for fetoscopy. This paper focuses on the research progress of maternal and fetal anesthesia for fetoscopy, aimed at providing references for the application of anesthesia for fetoscopy surgery.
