胎儿宫内治疗在国外开展已有几十年历史,近十余年在国内发展迅速。笔者拟就胎儿宫内治疗的药物干预、胎儿镜手术、高分辨超声引导治疗及开放性手术治疗角度,对目前国内外开展的胎儿宫内治疗发展现状进行阐述。

Fetal therapy as a newly developed research field, has been carried out in foreign countries for decades, and it has developed rapidly in China in recent ten years. This paper introduces latest research progress of fetal therapy of domestic and abroad on several aspects: transplacental drugs, fetoscopy, high resolution ultrasound-guided treatment and open fetal surgery.
