随着科学的发展,人们逐渐认识到许多新生儿发育不良、出生缺陷或成年后疾病均与母体孕期营养不良有关。本文从妊娠生理状态及新陈代谢的改变、营养与孕妇健康的关系、营养与新生儿健康的关系及孕期营养原则四方面进行综述如下,以期使读者对妊娠营养的重要性有更深入了解。

With the development of science, it is increasingly recognized that many dysplasia, birth defects of newborns and adult diseases are related to malnutrition during the pregnancy. For this reason, this article summarized from the physiology of pregnancy, relationship between nutrition and maternal health, relationship between nutrition and neonatal health, and principles of nutrition during pregnancy in order to make readers notice the importance of the nutrition in pregnancy.
