研究霉酚酸酯（MMF,商品名为骁悉）联合小剂量糖皮质激素治疗小儿难治性肾病综合征(NS)的疗效及其安全性。

对15例难治性NS患儿，采用MMF和小剂量糖皮质激素联合治疗。MMF口服剂量为2~6岁患儿0. 5g/d,7~12岁1.0g/d, 13~16岁1. 5g/d, 3个月后渐减为半量，疗程为6个月。同时，口服泼尼松1mg/(kg • d),根据病情，可加快糖皮质激素的撤药速度。

MMF联合小剂量糖皮质激素治疗，可使患儿尿蛋白下降，血浆白蛋白上升，与对照组比较差异有显著意义(P<0.01)，缓解率为87% ,未见明显不良反应。

MMF对难治性NS疗效明显，不良反应轻微，是目前治疗该病的一种有前途的临床方法。

To explore the efficacy and safety of mycophenolate mofetil (MMF)conbined with cortisone on child primary refractory nephropathy syndrome.

Fifteen patients with primary refractory nephropathy syndrome were treated with MMF plus a small dose of cortisone . A dose of 0. 5g/d of MMF was given to those aged 2-6, a dose of 1. 0 g/d to aged 7-12, a dose of 1. 5 g/d to aged 13~16. Three months later, these doses were reduced gradually to half of the original doses for another six months Meanwhile, a dose of 1mg/kg. d of oral prednisone was given, and the withdrawal of it was dependent on the patient's condition.

With the combined treatment of MMF and cortisone, the patients had a significant fall in urine albumen level and a rise in plasma albumin level (P<0.01). The remission rate was 78% and no obvious side effects were found.

MMF is effective on refractory nephropathy syndrome with only few and mild side effects. It is a kind of promising clinical treatment of this disease at present.
