Perinatal Integrative Intervention for Critical Congenital Cardiovascular Diseases

Progresses of cardiovascular disease therapeutic methods and its medical imaging technologies have greatly promoted the rapid development of fetal cardiology. Fetal cardiovascular diseases include structural abnormality, cardiac arrhythmia, cardiac tumor, cardiomyopathy, and fetal heart dysfunction resulting from multiple reasons. Prognosis of fetal severe congenital cardiovascular disease(CCD) is poor, so clinical systems about diagnosis, differentiation, prognosis and outcome evaluation are most needed to be established, so can provide related full information for clinical decision-making, and provide prenatal and postnatal comprehensive intervention protocol for suffered families, improve the prognosis of this population group. Integrated intervention model for fetal severe cardiovascular disease is now known as an important development direction of CCD, which has shown a distinctive advantage in improving long-term prognosis and life quality of critical CCD in children.
