To study the feasibility of resetting torsion of ovary tumours with operation.
12 cases resetting operation of torsion of ovary tumours were examined with ultrasonography to study the blood-supply before operation.During operation humid-warm covering was applied in the severe oxygen-deficient ovary.After blood-supply was improved, the tumour was got ride of and pathological examination was performed rapidly.Ovary restoration were performed after excluding malignancy.The results of ultrasonography and endocrine examination were compared before operation and the 1st and 3rd months.
12 cases resetting operation of torsion of ovary tumours were successful and all cases were benign.No thrombus, embolism and severe complication were occurred.
Resetting operation of torsion of ovary tumours was safe and feasible.The adaptation should be standardized further.
