发育是儿科学研究的中轴。顶层思考发育的认知维度和研究策略，有助于对生命本源的探索和对疾病的管理。笔者拟聚焦儿童发育学研究的概念界定、核心内涵及临床实践挑战，强调以发育思维动态，系统地重构儿童健康与疾病研究体系，强化儿科学的整体研究战略决策。

关键词: 儿童发育, 健康与疾病的发育起源, 多哈理论, 卫生假说, 儿童药学, 微生态

Development serves as the central tenet of pediatric research. High-level conceptualization of the cognitive dimensions and research strategies in development is crucial for exploring the origins of life and improving disease management. This article focuses on the conceptual definitions, core connotations, and clinical practice challenges in child development research, emphasizing the need to dynamically and systematically restructure the frameworks for studying child health and disease through a developmental mindset, thereby strengthening holistic research in pediatrics.
