静脉导管(DV)是胎儿体内3条动、静脉交通支之一。DV血流频谱超声监测结果的定性改变及各项血流指标的定量改变,可用于评估胎儿宫内情况。近年研究发现,胎儿DV超声监测显示的血流频谱改变,可预测胎儿先天性心脏病(CHD)、胎儿染色体异常,评估宫内生长受限胎儿的预后、单绒毛膜双羊膜囊(MCDA)双胎情况等。

Ductus venosus (DV) is one of the arteriovenous anastomosis in fetus. The ultrasonic monitoring of DV blood flow spectrum can be used to monitor the condition of fetus, including qualitative changes and quantitative parameters. Generally speaking, it can predict the congenital dysplasia of fetus, including congenital heart disease (CHD), fetal chromosomal abnormalities and monitor the fetal condition in fetal growth restriction and monochorionic diamniotic (MCDA) twin pregnancies.
