X -连锁凋亡抑制蛋白(XIAP)目前被认为是作用最强的内源性凋亡抑制蛋白(IAP),陆续有研究结果发现,XIAP基因与卵巢癌化疗药物耐药密切相关,这对于卵巢癌的化疗具有重要的研究意义。笔者拟就于细胞生物学角度从细胞凋亡着手介绍XIAP的结构、生物学功能、调节,以及目前XIAP基因与卵巢癌化疗药物耐药相关关系的研究进展及其临床价值进行综述。

X-1inked inhibitor of apoptosis protein (XIAP), currently considered as the most potent endogenous inhibitor of apoptosis protein (IAP). More and more literatures indicate that XIAP gene has a close relationship with chemoresistance in ovarian cancer, which also lays great significance in the treatment of ovarian cancer. This review intends to give a comprehensive introduction of XIAP's structure, biological function, regulation, and introduces the current research progress of the relationship between XIAP gene and chemoresistance in ovarian cancer, as well as its clinical value.
