宫颈癌发病率在全球女性肿瘤中居第3位。我国宫颈癌每年新发病例为13万例,占世界宫颈癌每年总新发病例的28%。超过95%宫颈癌是可通过筛查预防的。对于宫颈癌的预防,除了宫颈癌疫苗的接种外,仍需要采用理想的宫颈癌筛查方法,并确保筛查质量。国外宫颈癌筛查指南更新较快,但目前在我国尚未建立全部适龄妇女的宫颈癌筛查制度,宫颈癌筛查方法仍处于多种筛查方法并存状态。各地区应根据自身经济发展现状、医务人员技术水平及群众对宫颈癌筛查的认知度,因地制宜,制定适当的宫颈癌筛查方法。

Cervical cancer is the third tumor in the global female cancers. A total of 130 000 cases of new cervical cancers patients were found in China every year, accounting for 28% of the world. More than 95% of cervical cancer can be prevented. In addition to human papilloma virus (HPV) vaccine immunization, we need to adopt the ideal screening method and ensure the quality of screening. At present, we still have not built our cervical cancer screening system. The screening method is still in a state of a variety of screening methods coexist. We should choose an appropriate method for cervical cancer screening based on the economic status and medical personnel technical level.
