外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(VVC)是最常见的妇女外阴阴道炎症之一。其发病机制迄今尚未明确,目前主要集于对其天然免疫因子的研究。甘露糖结合凝集素(MBL)是VVC的重要天然免疫因子,目前国外研究多集中于对该病患者的MBL水平、基因多态性及与治疗的关系等。多数研究认为,MBL与VVC有相关性,但亦有研究认为二者间无关联。国内多数学者亦主张,MBL与VVC具有一定相关性。作者拟就VVC与MBL关系的国内外研究进展,综述如下。

Vulvovaginal candidiasis(VVC)is one of the common female genital vaginal inflammations. Pathogenesis research of VVC is currently focused on innate immune. Mannose-binding lectin (MBL) is one of the important natural immune factors of VVC. In present, foreign studies mainly focus on the concentration and gene polymorphism of MBL, and most studies consider that there has relationship between VVC and MBL. But others do not think so. Domestic studies suggest that relationship between VVC and MBL was found. This paper focuses on research progress of the relationship between VVC and MBL.
