目的

探讨乳汁淤积及乳腺炎患者乳汁细菌培养结果。

方法

随机选取本院2007年11月至2008年4月诊断为单侧乳汁淤积患者(n=7)和单侧哺乳期乳腺炎患者(n=15),共计22例为研究对象。收集其双侧乳汁行普通细菌培养(本研究遵循的程序符合本院人体试验委员会所制定的伦理学标准,得到该委员会批准,征得受试对象本人的知情同意,并与之签署临床研究知情同意书)。

结果

22例患者的乳汁普通细菌培养结果显示,4例患者(乳汁淤积患者为1例,乳腺炎患者为3例)患、健侧乳汁中,均未培养出细菌;其余18例(乳汁淤积患者6例,乳腺炎患者12例)的乳汁培养出细菌,其中,16例双侧乳汁的细菌培养结果完全一致,金黄色葡萄球菌和表皮葡萄球菌常见,2例双侧乳汁的细菌培养结果不一致。

结论

乳汁淤积和乳腺炎患者乳汁中可培养出细菌,以葡萄球菌最常见。母乳喂养时,应尽量避免乳汁淤积,预防乳腺炎,同时若新生儿有感染征象,需对其母亲乳汁行细菌培养。

Objective

To analyze and sum up the milk of siltation and mastitis bacterial culture results in patients with features.

Methods

Randomly selected in Haidian Maternal and Child Health Hospital from November 2007 to April 2008 both siltation cases (n=7) and mastitis cases (n=15) diagnosed with breast milk of 22 patients to make milk-line general bacterial culture. The study protocol was approved by the Ethical Review Board of Investigation in Human Being of Haidian Maternal and Child Health Hospital. Informed consent was obtained from all participants.

Results

The average bacterial culture was negative in patients with a total of 4 cases, including patients with 1 case of milk siltation, and 3 cases of mastitis. The positive result was 18 cases, of which 6 cases of milk siltation, 12 cases of mastitis; Of these, 16 cases of bacterial culture was entirely consistent with bilatera and 2 cases was inconsistent. Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis were the dominant microogranisms.

Conclusion

It can be developed bacterial in the milk of patients with siltation and mastitis, Staphylococcus aureus is the most common, and we try to avoid milk siltation and prevent the occurrence of mastitis when breastfeeding, It's need to making milk-line general bacterial culture once the signs of neonatal infection.
