探讨脑损伤(brain injured，BJ)患儿康复治疗的临床疗效。

选择2005年4月至2010年1月在本院临床诊断为脑损伤，并接受康复治疗6个月，且病历资料完整的65例(脑瘫为39例、中枢性协调障碍为26例)患儿的病历资料为研究对象。其中，男性患儿为37例，女性为28例，年龄为100 d～5岁。采用回顾性研究法对其综合性康复治疗后的疗效进行分析。综合性康复治疗(提供脑代谢营养物质和功能训练)过程中，定期进行症状、体征改变评估，根据评估结果制定下一阶段康复方案，以6个月疗程后患儿发育商提高、运动功能改善作为本次观察疗效判定标准。

65例接受康复治疗患儿中，显效率为43.07%(28/605)，进步率为29.23%(19/65)，无效率为27.69%(18/65)，总有效率(进步率＋显效率)为72.31%(47/65)。患儿年龄越小，疗效越明显。

早期综合性康复治疗对脑损伤患儿发育商提高，运动功能改善有明显效果。

To discuss clinical efficacy of comprehensive rehabilitative treatment for brain injury(BJ) children.

A total of 65 children, 37 boys and 28 girls, were diagnosed as brain injury and received rehabilitation treatment for 6 months from April 2005 to January 2010, including 39 cases of cerebral palsy and 26 cases of central coordination disorder. Their ages ranged from 100 d - 5 years old. Effects of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy were retrospectively analyzed. Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy was applied to all children, including brain metabolism nutrients and functional training. The next phase of rehabilitation programs were developed according to the assessment results. The therapeutic efficacy standards of this observation were 6 months after treatment with developmental quotient improvement and motor function improvement.

In 65 cases, 28 were markedly effective (43.07%), 19 had progress (29.23%), and 18 were ineffective(27.69%). The total effective rate was 72.31% (47/65).

Comprehensive rehabilitation has significant effect to children with brain injury in development and motor function.
