乳腺癌是迄今最为常见的女性恶性肿瘤,其治疗手段的进步具重要意义。高强度聚焦超声作为一种较新的肿瘤治疗手段,近年来已在人体肿瘤的治疗中得到广泛应用,包括乳腺癌。本文对高强度聚焦超声在乳腺癌治疗中的应用、作用机制及临床疗效综述如下。

Breast cancer is the most frequent malignant tumor in women, the therapeutic improvement of which is of great importance. High intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU), a new method of tumor therapy, has been applied to many human solid tumors, including breast cancer. In this article, the field of high intensity focused ultrasound, as a method of breast cancer treatments, and its mechanism of action and clinical effectiveness are reviewed.
