目的

探讨子宫自然杀伤(uterine natural killer,uNK)细胞在人类早期自然流产患者蜕膜血管生成中的作用。

方法

2007年8月至2007年10月在本院采用免疫组化SP法检测35例(病例组)早期自然流产患者蜕膜子宫自然杀伤细胞、微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD)及血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)的表达,并以同期45例正常早孕妇女(对照组)进行比较。

结果

早期自然流产蜕膜组织中,子宫自然杀伤细胞(CD56)及血管内皮生长因子在蜕膜间质中的阳性表达率明显降低,蜕膜微血管数量明显减少,并出现狭窄、闭锁,甚至断裂,血管内皮细胞肿胀,排列紊乱等微血管异常。

结论

血管内皮生长因子可能通过影响蜕膜血管生成,参与早期自然流产的发生。

Objective

To investigate the role of uterine natural killer (uNK) cell and decidual angiogenesis in human spontaneous abortion of first-trimester.

Methods

From August to October, 2007, the expression of uterine natural killer cells (CD56+ ), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), and microvessel density(MVD) in human decidua were studied by immunohistochemical SP method on 35 cases of first-trimester spontaneous abortion(study group) and 45 cases of normal pregnant women (control group). Informed consent was obtained from all participates.

Results

The positive rate of uterine natural killer cell and vascular endothelial growth factor in decidual stroma of spontaneous abortion significantly decreased; the number of microvessels decreased with stenosis, atresia, and even interruption of vessel cavity. Some lumen appeared irregular with endothelial cell swelling and derangement.

Conclusion

Uterine natural killer cell may cause human first-trimester spontaneous abortion through affecting decidual angiogenesis.
