摘要

胎儿股骨长度(FL)是产前超声检查的常规测量数值,胎儿股骨短小是常见的产前超声诊断的胎儿异常征象。导致胎儿股骨短小的因素很多,常见病因包括胎儿生长受限(FGR)、骨骼发育不良和染色体异常等。非致死性骨骼发育不良及部分染色体异常新生儿常伴骨骼畸形或神经系统异常,严重影响其生存质量,存活至成年者将致病基因遗传至下一代的几率较高。了解胎儿股骨短小的产前诊断标准及预后,提高股骨短小高危患儿的产前诊断率对预防先天缺陷儿童的出生具有重大意义。笔者拟就胎儿股骨短小的产前超声诊断标准、影响因素、风险评估及临床处理原则,进行综述如下。

Abstract

The fetal femur (FL) is routinely measured for assessing fetal growth during the routine mid-trimester anomaly scan. Fetal short femur presents a significant diagnostic dilemma as it could be the result of inaccurate dating, or a normal variant in constitutionally small fetuses, but it has also been associated with fetal growth restriction (FGR), skeletal dysplasia and chromosome abnormalities. Neonatal often crippled by skeletal dysplasia and chromosome abnormality, or combined with neurologic abnormalities. It seriously affects the quality of patients' life and the pathogenic genes can be inherited by the next generation. But the diagnostic criteria and clinical management principles of fetal short femur are still indefinite. The purpose of this review is to discuss curent published researches in light of prenatal diagnosis of fetal short femur.
