2017年4月,美国妇产科医师学会(ACOG)联合美国妇科泌尿协会(AUGS)发布了《妇科手术网片和植入并发症的管理》意见。笔者主要聚焦其中的治疗压力性尿失禁(SUI)或盆腔脏器脱垂(POP)网片的相关问题,以及其植入所致相关并发症的管理进行阐述。

In April 2017, American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) and American Urogynecologic Society (AUGS) published the Management of Mesh and Graft Complications in Gynecologic Surgery. This article focuses on the management of meshes for treating stress urinary incontinence (SUI) and its related complications or meshes for treating pelvic organ prolapse (POP) and its related complications.
