"螺旋上升式"教学模式强调让学生掌握并有效运用知识,使学生通过反复学习理论知识,在复杂的临床实践中加以应用,不断加深理解,进而逐渐掌握。与传统教学模式相比,"螺旋上升式"教学模式可更有效激发学生的学习积极性,提高学生的归纳表达、自主学习、临床思维能力,以及团队合作与创新精神等,有效提高教学质量,是在临床实践教学中值得推广的教学模式。笔者拟就"螺旋上升式"教学模式在妇产科生殖内分泌专业教学中的研究进展进行综述,旨在为当前妇产科教育创新的理论与实践研究提供依据。

The" spiral upward" teaching mode emphasizes effective acquisition and application of knowledge, which requires learning over and over again and applying to more and more complex situations, and then students deepen their understanding and gradually master the knowledge. Compared with traditional teaching mode," spiral upward" teaching mode, which can more effectively inspire students′ learning enthusiasm, improve the students′ ability to induction, expression, autonomous learning, clinical thinking, team cooperation and innovation spirit and effectively improve the teaching quality, is worth being applied to the clinical practice teaching. In this article, the authors will review the application progress of" spiral upward" teaching mode in the teaching of reproductive endocrinology, in order to provide references for theory and practice research of the current obstetrics and gynecology education innovation.
