热性惊厥(FS)是儿科常见的急症之一,亦是小儿时期最常见的惊厥性疾病之一。在FS的众多发病机制中,炎性细胞因子发挥着非常重要的作用。大量研究结果显示,白细胞介素(IL)-1,-6,-10和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α等炎性细胞因子与小儿FS密切相关。笔者拟就炎性细胞因子与小儿FS相关性的研究进展进行综述如下,旨在提高临床医师对FS的认识。

Febrile seizures(FS) is one of the common emergency in the department of Pediatrics and the most common convulsive disorder in childhood. Among the pathogenesis of FS, inflammatory cytokines play a very important role. A large number of studies showed that inflammatory cytokines such as interleukin (IL)-1, -6, -10 and tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α are closely related to the febrile seizures. This research focused on the correlation between inflammtory cytokines and FS in children, in order to improve the recognition of FS.
