薄型子宫内膜是指黄体中期子宫内膜厚度<7 mm。子宫内膜过薄可影响子宫内膜容受性,导致胚胎种植率及临床妊娠率降低。迄今对其发病机制尚未明确,且临床治疗效果不佳,因此对薄型子宫内膜的研究越来越受到重视。由于目前对该病的整体性研究及文献报道均较少,导致对该病的认识不深入。本文分别从病因、发病机制及治疗3方面对薄型子宫内膜进行综述,旨在提高对该病的认识并为临床治疗提供指导。

Thin endometrium is defined as the mid luteal phase endometrial thickness less than 7 mm.Too thin endometrial may affect endometrial receptivity, which results in lower embryo implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate.So far its pathogenesis is unclear, and clinical treatment results are poor, so the study of this disease has been paid more and more attention.Currently, integrity researches and reports about this disease are fewer, which lead to awareness of the disease is not in-depth. Three aspects of etiology, pathogenesis and treatment of thin endometrium of this paper were evaluated respectively, to improve the understanding of the disease and provide guidance for clinical treatment.
