随着医学模式的发展，患方在疾病诊治过程中知情选择意识不断提升。作为知情同意权的另一种表现形式：知情不同意，在临床实践中也越来越多。如何应对患方的知情不同意，是医务人员必须认真思考和解决的问题。本文通过对知情不同意原因的分析，对解决此类问题提出一定的意见和建议。

关键词: 知情不同意, 知情同意, 医学伦理

Patients' consciousness of informed consent has been proved through the development of medical model. As another form of informed consent, informed dissent has become more and more important in clinical practice. How to deal with informed dissent correctly must be considered and solved seriously. This article aimed to discuss and make suggestion over this topic.
