目的

探讨儿科护理人员的心理健康状况及其影响因素。

方法

2012年5月至2012年7月，选择巴中市6所妇女儿童专科医院的89位儿科护理人员为研究对象，纳入儿科护理组(n＝89)，采用症状自评量表(SCL－90)对其进行调查(本研究遵循的程序符合本院人体试验委员会所制定的伦理学标准，得到该委员会批准，并征得调查对象本人的知情同意，并与之签署临床研究知情同意书)。选择SCL－90全国历年正常普通人员样本常模纳入常模组(n＝1388)。比较两组SCL－90评分结果。

结果

儿科护理组与常模组各项症状因子SCL－90评分及其平均分比较，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。儿科护理组发生率居前10位的阳性症状为感到紧张或容易紧张、容易烦恼和激动、感到孤独及过分担忧等。

结论

儿科护理人员心理健康水平显著低于普通人群。

Objective

To investigate the mental health status of pediatric nurse and its influencing factors.

Methods

From May to July 2012, 89 pediatric nurses from six different hospitals in Bazhong were included in the study as pediatric nurse group(n=89). They were investigated with self-reporting inventory(SCL)-90, and then compared the results with domestic norm score(domestic norm group, n=1388). The study protocol was approved by the Ethical Review Board of Investigation in Human Being of West China Second University Hospital.Informed consent was obtained from each participant.

Results

There had significant differences in the results of SCL-90 and average scores between two group(P<0.01). The top 10 positive symptoms in pediatric nursing group were get nervous, easy to be worry and irritation, excessive worry and so on.

Conclusions

The psychological status of pediatric nurses is apparently inferior to the general population's.
