多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是育龄期妇女最常见内分泌紊乱性疾病,常伴胰岛素抵抗(IR)、糖脂代谢异常、肥胖、多毛、痤疮及不孕等。PCOS患者存在多种远期健康风险,为影响妇女身心健康和生活质量的最重要疾病之一。PCOS的病因迄今尚不清楚。目前普遍认为PCOS是一种多基因遗传性疾病。对PCOS发病候选基因研究广泛,涉及生殖多个阶段,也涉及糖脂代谢相关基因,甚至涉及慢性炎症过程。因此,研究影响PCOS发病的遗传基因对该病的防治具有重要作用,同时有助于了解PCOS的发病机制,可对不同发病机制的患者进行针对性治疗。本研究聚焦与PCOS发病相关的代谢及慢性炎症基因的研究进展。

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is the most common endocrine disorder in women of childbearing age disease, often accompanied by insulin resistance (IR), glucose and lipid metabolism, obesity, hirsutism, acne, infertility and so on. PCOS with a variety of long-term health risks, has an impact on women's health and quality of life. At present, the cause of PCOS is not clear, and PCOS is generally considered as a polygenic disease. The pathogenesis of PCOS candidate genes widely, involving multiple stages of reproduction, and also involves the role of insulin and metabolism-related genes, even chronic inflammation process. Therefore, the study of genetic influence on the pathogenesis of PCOS has an important role in disease prevention, while helping researchers understand the pathogenesis of PCOS and targeted for different treatment of patients. This paper will associated with the pathogenesis of PCOS and metabolic genes associated with chronic inflammation research done to elaborate.
