甲状腺疾病是育龄妇女最常见内分泌疾病之一，可分为孕前原有甲状腺疾病和妊娠期伴发甲状腺疾病两类。本文聚焦育龄妇女孕前原有甲状腺疾病的孕前保健。若育龄妇女孕前原有甲状腺疾病在病情控制不稳定时妊娠，则无论有临床症状或症状不明显，均可对母胎产生不良影响。研究表明，通过孕前医学检查，可发现甲状腺疾病妇女是否存在对妊娠有不良影响的因素，若及时针对这些不良影响因素给予相应的孕前咨询和指导，并提出相应干预措施，则可达到改善甲状腺疾病患者的妊娠结局，减少先天畸形儿出生的目的。

Thyroid disease is one of prevalent endocrine disease among child-bearing aged women, including preconceptional thyroid disease and thyroid disease during pregnancy. The aim of this paper is to focus on preconception care for preconceptional thyroid disease in child-bearing aged women. Thyroid disease and sub-clinical thyroid disease would cause adverse effect on mother and fetal if their disease were not controlled in stable condition. Evidence showed that medical examination before conception could identify risk factors effecting pregnancy outcome,thus providing counseling and intervention according to the risk factors for them will modify the pregnancy outcomes of women with thyroid disease and prevent for malformed children.
