大多数胎儿心律失常是心脏胚胎发育过程中的良性过程,呈一过性,预后良好。但持续性胎儿心律失常,可致脑损伤等继发性损害,甚至出现胎儿心力衰竭、早产及死亡。对胎儿心律失常及时的产前干预,能改善严重心律失常患胎预后,因此,对心律失常患胎应进行及时恰当的临床决策。胎儿超声心动图是目前诊断胎儿心律失常最有价值的方法,并可进行胎儿心脏结构及功能的综合检测,指导及评价经胎盘转运药物治疗胎儿心律失常。

During the development of embryonic heart, most fetal arrhythmias are transient and benign, the outcome is favorable. However, sustained fetal cardiac arrhythmia may result secondary lesion, such as cerebral injury and neurodevelopmental impairment, even congestive heart failure, hydrops fetalis, and fetal demise. Timely and appropriate treatment can improve the prognosis of severe fetal cardiac arrhythmia, so decision-making is critical to suffered fetuses. Fetal echocardiography is the most useful tool not only to diagnose of fetal arrhythmia and assess the comprehensive conditions of fetal cardiac structure and function, but also guide and evaluate the transplacental drug therapy to fetal cardiac arrhythmias.
