铅(plumbum,Pb)是严重危害人类健康的重金属元素,铅可通过呼吸道、消化道、皮肤进入人体,造成全身脏器损害。随着工业现代化进程加快,铅已成为日常生活中最常见化学污染物。近年来,铅对个体骨骼系统的影响,日益受到人们的广泛重视。与成年人相比,儿童对铅毒性更为易感和脆弱,铅对儿童骨代谢同样有严重影响。本文就铅暴露对儿童骨发育影响的研究进展,综述如下。

Plumbum (Pb) is a kind of heavy metal which is very harmful to human health. It has been proved that plumbum could entry the body by respiratory tract, digestive tract, skin and then harm systemic organ. Along with modernization of industry, plumbum has become the common chemical pollution.In recent years, the effect of plumbum on the skeletal system has attracted wide attention from people day by day. Compared with adults, plumbum toxicity for children is more sensitive and fragile, the effect of plumbum on children bone metabolism is also important. This article focused on research progress in the effect of plumbum exposure to children bone growth.
