随着产前超声的广泛应用,胎儿先天畸形检出率不断提高。胎儿肾盂积水(fetal hydronephrosis)在胎儿先天畸形中占50%。多数胎儿肾盂积水可随个体发育而自行消退,但其可恢复性和不可恢复性间,迄今尚无明确的界定。目前,对该病的诊断,国内尚无统一标准,对该病的正确处理,也存在较大争议。本文就胎儿肾盂积水预后评估和处理的最新文献观点,对可恢复性肾盂积水避免盲目引产及对不可恢复性肾盂积水的早发现、早诊断、早治疗研究进展,进行综述如下。

With the widespread application of prenatal ultrasound, the detection rate of fetal congenital malformations increased continuously. Among that, fetal hydronephrosis accounted for 50%. Most of fetal hydronephrosis can recover spontaneously with individual's self-development, but its not yet clear whether it's recoverable or not. At present, diagnosis of fetal hydronephrosis has no uniform standard, and its right mangement also has no great deal of controversy. This review will discuss the recent literatures and perspectives about fetal hydronephrosis.
