随着三维超声、磁共振成像(MRI)技术的发展,影像学检查在先天性膈疝(congenital diaphragmatic hernia,CDH)的产前诊断、预后评价及相关治疗中日趋发挥重要作用。产前超声检查是目前检出先天性膈疝的主要手段。磁共振成像在复杂先天性膈疝的诊断和鉴别中,发挥着重要作用。彩色多普勒超声和磁共振成像不仅可显示先天性膈疝及相关脏器的异常改变,还能对预后进行评价,有利于临床诊治方案的选择和制定。

With the development of three-dimensional ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) technology, imaging examination has been playing an increasing important role in prenatal diagnosis, prognosis and treatment evaluation of congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH). Prenatal ultrasonograph is the principal method to detect congenital diaphragmatic hernia. Magnetic resonance imaging plays an important role in diagnosing the complicated congenital diaphragmatic hernia.Color Doppler ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging can be use not only to detect congenital diaphragmatic hernia and other associated anomalies, but also to access prognosis and help selecting an appropriate strategy for postnatal monitoring and therapy.
