探讨联合检测CA₁₂₅与CA₁₅₃对诊断子宫内膜癌的临床价值。

回顾性选择2005年1月至2006年9月在本院术前与术后均诊断为子宫内膜癌的病例48例，进行CA₁₂₅与CA₁₅₃联合检测，并在术后2～3个月进行复测；选取同期手术，经病理学检查证实为子宫肌瘤的病例96例为对照组。

CA₁₂₅和CA₁₅₃两项指标联合检测较单项检测对辅助诊断子宫内膜癌的敏感性提高85.6%，但特异性有所下降，总准确率提高到80.5%，与对照组比较，差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。

CA₁₂₅和CA₁₅₃两项肿瘤标志物联合检测，可提高子宫良性与恶性病变的鉴别能力，对判断疾病预后及复发有一定的参考意义。

To evaluate the clinical value of combined detection of CA₁₂₅ and CA₁₅₃ for diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma.

The combined detection of CA₁₂₅ and CA₁₅₃ were performed in 48 inpatients with endometrial carcinoma who were suspected before surgery and being final diagnosed by pathological examinations after surgery, and 2 or 3 months after the operation. 96 cases of benign uterine myoma admitted for hysterectomy in the same period were control group.

The sensitivity of combined detection of CA₁₂₅ and CA₁₅₃ for diagnosing endometrial carcinoma increased to 85.6% and the specificity decreased subtly. Total accuracy rate of diagnosis reached 80.5%. There was statistical difference between the group of endometrial carcinoma and the control group(P<0.05).

The combined detection of CA₁₂₅ and CA₁₅₃ has the important diagnostic value for differentiating benign and malignant diseases of uterus. The two markers can also predict the prognosis and recurrence of the carcinoma.
