目的

探讨血管内皮生长因子受体(VEGFR)、胎肝激酶受体(KDR/flk-1)在藏、汉族妇女子宫内膜异位症(EM)患者的异位、在位子宫内膜及正常子宫内膜组织中的表达差异。

方法

采用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)法,随机选取30例藏族EM患者的子宫内膜组织、卵巢子宫内膜囊肿、盆底内膜异位组织(研究组),检测VEGFR-2的阳性表达率。同期选择30例汉族EM患者的子宫内膜组织、卵巢子宫内膜囊肿、盆底内膜异位组织作为对照(对照组),检测VEGFR-2的阳性表达率,对两组进行对照分析。

结果

藏、汉族妇女EM患者的在位内膜、异位内膜中,KDR mRNA明显表达,差异有显著意义(P<0.05);藏、汉两组患者KDR mRNA的阳性表达率比较,差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。

结论

KDR mRNA在EM在位内膜和异位内膜中,有明显表达,可能与VEGFR参与EM血管生成,促使异位病灶远处转移、种植、浸润相关;KDR mRNA在藏、汉族EM患者中的阳性表达率比较,差异无显著意义。可见,EM的发病机制可能与种族无关。

Objective

To detect the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor receptors(VEGFR) kinase insert domain containing receptor (KDR) in the ectopic and entopic endometrial of Tibetan and Han nationalities patients with endometriosis(EM) and endometria.

Methods

30 cases of ovarian endometrioma, and matched entopic endometria were biopsied from Tibetan patients with EM, another 30 cases of endometrium were biopsied from Han nationality women with EM.Reverse transcript-polymease chain reaction(RT-PCR) analysis were utilized to examine KDR mRNA and levels in the endometrium.

Results

Among EM lesions, KDR mRNA expressed higher level than women without EM. The expressed of KDR mRNA has same level in the 2 groups.

Conclusion

The VEGFR KDR mRNA expressed the ectopic and entopic endometria of women with EM in Tibetan and Han nationality, showed the expression of KDR in endometria with might be related to the transfer and development of EM, and pronounced menstrual cycle-dependent expression in cycle endometria. But the express level was not related to the nationalities between 2 groups.
