儿童大网膜囊性淋巴管瘤的诊治

目的

探讨儿童大网膜囊性淋巴管瘤的诊断和治疗。

方法

结合文献，分析总结2002年8月至2006年8月本院收治的6例大网膜囊性淋巴管瘤患儿的临床表现、诊断、鉴别诊断、误诊原因，以及治疗的资料。

结果

本组6例大网膜囊性淋巴瘤均经手术完整切除，患儿痊愈出院，随访6个月至4年无复发。

结论

儿童大网膜囊性淋巴管瘤容易被误诊，巨大大网膜囊性淋巴管瘤需与腹水相区别。该瘤手术完整切除预后良好。

Objective

To report 6 pediatric cases of omental cystic lymphangioma and discuss the diagnosis and treatment.

Methods

The records of 6 children with omental cystic lymphangioma managed in our institution from August 2002 to August 2006 were analyzed and literature reviewed.

Results

Complete excision of the cyst and uneventful recovery was achieved of all the cases. Excellent outcome was obtained within the follow-up of 6 months to 4 years.

Conclusion

A tendency of misdiagnosis exists in clinical management of omental lymphangioma, ascites should be distinguished especially when the cyst is huge. Eusemia is expected with complete excision of the cyst.
