目的

探讨凋亡相关基因人程序化死亡分子5(PDCD5)在三氧化二砷(As2O3)诱导卵巢癌细胞凋亡过程中发挥的作用。

方法

流式细胞仪检测,并在荧光显微镜下观察PDCD5在As2O3诱导卵巢癌细胞凋亡前后的表达状况。

结果

PDCD5在卵巢癌细胞系中表达,经As2O3孵育后PDCD5的表达强度增加,其增加量与As2O3的剂量有关。

结论

凋亡促进剂PDCD5在As2O3诱导的卵巢癌细胞凋亡过程中发挥重要作用。

Objective

To discuss the function of PDCD5 on the ovarian cellular apoptosis induced by arsenic trioxide.

Methods

Flowcytometer and fluorescence microscope were used to test the expression of PDCD5 and cellular apoptosis.

Results

PDCD5 expressed in ovarian cancer cell.The expressive intensity increased after arsenic trioxide incubating.The increasing quantity related to the dose of arsenic trioxide.

Conclusion

PDCD5 plays a key role in the ovarian cellular apoptosis induced by arsenic trioxide.
